About the role
Due to the recent expansion of the City Farm Café at Windmill Hill City Farm, we are looking for a flexible Front-of-House team member, with potential to become a full or part-time permanent employee in the future.
Our award-winning café needs a friendly, outgoing and energetic individual to make great coffee and serve customers, in the beautiful setting of our brand new café. We would prefer a candidate with barista training and a valid food hygiene certificate would be an advantage, as some food handling is required, but training can be provided for the right individual.
Experience and Essential Criteria
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
An approachable, flexible and cheerful manner.
Positive about working with volunteers with support needs.
Shares the ethos of the City Farm.
Salary: £8.35/hour plus holiday pay in lieu
