Bristol Energy Network Open meeting

  • BEN members, community groups interested in energy projects, researchers from UWE and the University of Bristol, Shelter, Centre for Sustainable Energy, The CHEESE project, re:work ltd and local residents including homeowners, private landlords, tenants and builders interested in retrofitting for energy efficiency.


Hosted by the newly revitalised Bishopston, Cotham and Redland Energy Group the next BEN Open Meeting will be about Retrofitting for Energy Efficiency.

So come along to find out what is happening locally with the BCR Energy Group and across the city with projects like FutureProof - a home retrofit service coordinated by the Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) that helps homeowners and builders to carry out energy saving improvements and refurbishments and the PREP project (Private Rental Energy Project) from Shelter to improve rental properties with EPC rating F & G.

There will also be an update from Bristol Energy Network, various workshops about retrofitting and an opportunity to network with others interested in energy and community energy projects from around the city AND some great food!
