Spend a day immersed in nature, foraging for wild ingredients and then sit back and enjoy a filling and tasty three course wild food lunch.
The professional forager from Totally Wild UK will explain the culinary uses for the different ingredients found as well as elements of medicinal, cocktail making and preserving techniques.
Here are some examples of things that have previously been provided by Totally Wild UK for the wild lunch: Wild tapenade, mushroom Pate, coastal quiche, woodland quiche, elderflower cheesecake.
The experience will last for 4-5 hours.
