Established in 2011, Bristol Energy Cooperative is a community benefit society, with over 500 members who have each invested a minimum of £50. Our primary aim is to enable collective action on climate change through the development of community-owned renewable energy. To date we have installed just under 10MW of solar photo-voltaic arrays in Bristol, South Glos, and Somerset. There will be an opportunity to find out more about our organisation and how to get involved.
