An experiential participatory workshop carefully structured to help us face our feelings about the world, to respect those feelings, and to facilitate action. The workshop includes perspective shifting exercises and a framework for living with uncertainty without succumbing to paralysis or burn-out. The Work That Reconnects is a deep ecology methodology developed by eco-philosopher Joanna Macy and associates.

This workshop will be facilitated by Rosie Jones, a psychologist and facilitator trained in The Work That Reconnects, and Sara Firman, an experienced facilitator and movement therapist.

Participants can attend an individual workshop or come on a regular basis for ongoing resilience and solidarity building.

Workshops are offered in the Gift Economy, encouraging connection through gratitude, which can be expressed in many ways, including 'paying it forward', practical help, or donation. If you would like to be part of a group of 3 to 4 participants organising a vegan lunch for the day (for up to 18 people) please contact Rosie.

There are limited spaces in the workshop so please contact Rosie (email below) if you book a place but find you are unable to attend.
