Customer Relations Worker

This is a really exciting opportunity to further develop your skills as part of a pioneering worker co-operative. The Customer Relations role offers excellent employment benefits and a voice in the running of an ethical business.

The position is based at our warehouse in Bristol, but you will spend a significant portion of your time out visiting our customers all around the country (with occasional overnight stays).

You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Transport departments and your main objective is to build and maintain loyal relationships with our fantastic customers across the South West and beyond. This position is designed to focus on retaining and growing sales within our existing customer base rather than the more traditional target-driven “repping” styles.

The role requires a can-do attitude, the willingness and ability to learn, and great interpersonal skills both face-to-face and over the telephone. Sales experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided. The successful candidate will be well-organised, a good team player, show great attention to detail and have a clean driving licence.
