An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engagement Leader to join The Community Farm – an organic Community Benefit Society nestled in the heart of Chew Valley.

The purpose of the role of Engagement Leader is to help deliver a practical program of work that furthers the Community and Farming aims of The Community Farm. The role engages, supports and retains volunteers and visiting groups. The person will also take a lead on the coordination and delivery of site maintenance, which includes the upkeep of our community learning garden, marginal areas of the fields and our community facilities.
