Green and Ethical writers/bloggers (Bristol)


Ecojam is an online hub for all things local, green and ethical. Ecojam Bristol has been running since 2009 and is the largest and most active sustainability network in the city. We are now rolling out Ecojam across the UK. Our aims are simple yet ambitious. We hope to get more people involved in their local green scene and promote and connect green activities in cities and counties across the UK. 

We are looking for talented writers to contribute to our blog/news in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to gain writing experience and expand your portfolio, while having a big impact on Bristol's green scene.

We'd like you to write about what interests you most, such as:

Climate change
Food and farming
Ethical business
Health and well-being
Sustainable transport
Ethical fashion
Ethical finance
Gardening/grow your own
Green communications

Some articles can be written from a desk, others will require you to go to events and meet people doing extraordinary things in Bristol.

We are looking for blog writers with:

  • A genuine interest and passion for all things green and ethical
  • Some demonstrable experience writing blog/articles
  • Social media skills (desirable)

Location: Home-based with monthly meeting with Ecojam Bristol team
