Are you an experienced administrator and like working in a busy environment? Do you have great customer service, IT and data skills? Duties in this varied role include managing bookings for schools, courses and events, membership and volunteer administration and website updates.
This post also requires you to assist in providing a professional reception service and responding to telephone and email enquiries.
You will have excellent communication and IT skills using Microsoft packages and databases. Experience of using a CRM system would be advantageous. You will need to be an effective team player, well organised, have a positive "can-do" attitude and have great attention to detail.
