As the software manager at LettUs Grow, you will report directly to our CTO. In your role, you will be responsible for managing the LettUs Grow software team.
You can expect to be delegated responsibility at an early stage and will have a real opportunity to progress quickly as the company scales. This role is ideal for a diligent, personable applicant who is keen to grow with an impact-led startup.

Salary band: £31,500 - £54,000 dependent upon experience
Mentor and manage the software team on personal and professional development (OKRs, processes, projects, needs and concerns)
Report on project progress to the CTO and wider company
Interface with other team leaders across the breadth of LettUs Grow to maintain alignment of objectives
Develop roadmaps as the company scales
Plan resource requirements
Recruit your software development team
Bring experience to evolve the software development practices as the team grows

What you need:
At least 5 years experience in software management
An up-to-date knowledge of multiple software practices
Experience working with distributed software systems
The ability to anticipate bottlenecks, escalate as needed, balance business needs and technical constraints
An understanding of the sales process and how that feeds into software development and strategy
Experience working in the development of web applications
An understanding of software licencing and data protection/GDPR
An understanding of software architecture design and development
Understanding and experience cloud architectures
