Send a Cow is a growing and dynamic international development charity providing training, and ongoing support to smallholder farmers in Africa. We give poor families and communities the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land, in line with our vision of a confident and thriving rural Africa.

The Supporter Care team is part of the Fundraising Operations department at Send a Cow. The team plays a key role in processing donations and providing customer service to all our contacts, which include donors, prospects, enquirers, volunteers and the general public.

Christmas is our busiest fundraising time and we are looking for two hard working and reliable people to join our busy Supporter Care team. Do you have administrative experience and looking for a job to earn extra cash for Christmas? If so we would love to hear from you. Applications close Wed 2nd October at 12pm with the successful candidates starting by 14th October or 4th November.

The hours of each role will be:

Role 1: Monday to Thurs 9.30-4pm from 14th October to 14th November

Increasing to: Monday to Friday 9.30 – 4pm from 18th November to 20th December

Role 2: Monday to Thurs 9.30 – 4pm 4th November to 19th December
