Visitor Centre Receptionist
Hours: 27.5 hours per week
(Mon to Fri 9:30am to 3:30pm, with half an hour lunch break)
Salary: £8.60- £8.80 per hour, dependent upon experience
(£16,770 to £17,160 per annum full time equivalent, pro rata)
About the role
Windmill Hill City Farm, in the heart of south Bristol, is a charity that aims to improve the health, wellbeing and confidence of people in the local community. We offer educational, recreational and therapeutic facilities and activities.
The Farm is a unique environment and this interesting, varied role is key to the smooth running of the setting as a whole. You’ll provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for visitors, administrative support to the different areas of the Farm and be responsible for updating the Farm’s social media platforms.
You will need at least 2 years’ experience in a reception and administration role, be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service experience and have excellent oral and written communication skills. It’s a busy role and therefore you’ll need to be well organised, able to multi-task and an expert at reprioritising.
